Angelique

Angelique is a tattooer who hails originally from California. She has had the privilege of learning to tattoo in Brooklyn on a wide range of skin tones, and welcomes all bodies. While she does enjoy creating dainty, minimalist designs for her clients, she loves to tattoo bold, traditional-based drawing, as well as black and grey. Nature, floral pieces, and themes of both life and death are common subjects in her art. Growing up, she was very inspired by empowered characters in comics, science fiction, and fantasy. Comic book and anime artists continue to influence her to push her art on paper and skin. Angelique loves the collaboration of ideas involved in designing for her clients. Nothing is more satisfying for her than a tattoo she’s done that makes someone feel more at home in their body.
