Sarah Ruthless Tattoos

Sarah began tattooing in early 2017, shortly after completing a MFA from the New York Academy of Art. She is classically trained in oil painting and figurative drawing. When it comes to tattooing, her favorite styles are black and grey, and all forms of realism. As a painter, she finds inspiration from the Romantic, Baroque, Pre-Raphaelite, and Renaissance periods, and more recently, Dark Surrealism. Hailing from the woods of New Jersey, nature has always been a prevailing theme. Sarah is looking forward to further exploring realism and portraiture, as well as bridging together more elements from her traditional art background into her tattooing style.
